1. Who you are buying from
This store is Laruny Music. You can reach a real person at
contacto@laruny.com. There is no call centre and no ticket system: you write, I answer.
By placing an order on laruny.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.
2. What you are actually buying
Everything sold here is a digital file — there is nothing physical to ship.
- Beats: you are not buying the beat itself. You are buying a licence to use it,
under the terms of the specific licence you choose (Basic, Premium, Unlimited or Exclusive).
The full contract for each licence is shown in the cart before you pay, and a signed PDF copy in your
name is delivered with the files.
- Sound packs: you buy a licence to use the samples, loops and MIDI files inside your own
musical productions, under the Sound Pack Licence Agreement delivered with the pack.
Unless you buy Exclusive Rights, every licence is non-exclusive: the same beat stays on sale
and other artists may licence it too. This is stated on every product page before you buy.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include no additional fees from my side.
Payment is processed by PayPal. Your card or bank details are handled entirely by PayPal:
they never reach this site and I never see them.
If your bank or PayPal charges you a currency-conversion fee, that fee is theirs, not mine.
Any tax owed in your own country on a digital purchase is your responsibility.
4. Delivery
Delivery is automatic and immediate. As soon as PayPal confirms the payment, an email is sent to the address
you used at checkout, containing your download links and your PDF licence.
Download links stay valid for 7 days and allow a reasonable number of downloads. If your link
expires, or the email never arrives, write to contacto@laruny.com with your PayPal transaction
number and I will re-send it. That costs nothing and there is no time limit on asking.
Check your spam folder first — automated emails with download links land there more often than anyone
would like.
5. What you may not do
Whatever licence you hold, you may never:
- Resell, re-licence, share or give away the files as files — a beat, a stem, a sample or a MIDI on its own.
You licence them to make your music, not to redistribute them.
- Register a beat or a sample pack in YouTube Content ID, a distributor or an aggregator as if the
underlying instrumental were yours, unless you hold Exclusive Rights and we have agreed it in writing.
- Use the free preview files (the ones with the voice tag) in any released or monetised work.
- Claim authorship of the instrumental. Producer credit ("Prod. by Laruny") is required
in the track title on every non-exclusive licence.
Breaking these terms ends your licence immediately and does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Promotions
Buy 2, get 1 free: when your cart holds three or more beats, the cheapest one is free.
It applies automatically and does not need a code.
Welcome coupon: a one-time percentage discount sent by email when you subscribe.
One use per person, not combinable with another coupon, and it may be withdrawn at any time —
though never on an order already placed.
Sale prices are temporary. A price you saw last week does not bind a purchase you make today.
7. Your account and your data
There is no account to create. The only thing stored is what you type: your email at checkout,
and, if you use the lyrics editor, the lyrics you write, which are saved inside your own browser
and are never sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability
I will keep the site running, but I cannot promise it will never go down. Hosting, PayPal and email are
run by third parties. If the site is unavailable when you try to buy, try again later or write to me.
The catalogue changes. Beats sold exclusively are pulled from the store permanently; prices, promotions
and packs may change or be discontinued without notice. Nothing changes for a purchase already completed.
9. Liability
The files are delivered as they are. I am responsible for delivering what you paid for, in working
condition, and for fixing it if it is wrong. I am not responsible for what you go on to make with it,
for revenue you did or did not earn, for a platform taking your song down, or for any indirect loss.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you actually paid for the
product in question.
10. Age
You must be 18 or older to buy. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian has to make
the purchase and accept the licence on your behalf.
11. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you
paid, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. If something goes wrong, write to me first:

1. A quién le estás comprando
Esta tienda es Laruny Music. Puedes escribirle a una persona real en
contacto@laruny.com. No hay call center ni sistema de tiquetes: escribes y te respondo.
Al hacer un pedido en laruny.com aceptas estos términos. Si no los aceptas, no hagas el pedido.
2. Qué estás comprando en realidad
Todo lo que se vende aquí es un archivo digital. No hay nada físico que enviar.
- Beats: no estás comprando el beat. Estás comprando una licencia para
usarlo, con las condiciones de la licencia que elijas (Basic, Premium, Unlimited o Exclusiva).
El contrato completo de cada licencia se muestra en el carrito antes de pagar, y con los archivos
te llega una copia en PDF firmada a tu nombre.
- Sound packs: compras una licencia para usar las muestras, loops y archivos MIDI dentro
de tus propias producciones, según el Sound Pack Licence Agreement que viene con el pack.
Salvo que compres Derechos Exclusivos, toda licencia es no exclusiva: el mismo beat sigue
a la venta y otros artistas también pueden licenciarlo. Esto aparece en la página de cada producto antes
de comprar.
3. Precios y pago
Todos los precios están en dólares estadounidenses (USD) y no llevan cargos adicionales de
mi parte. El pago lo procesa PayPal. Los datos de tu tarjeta o de tu banco los maneja PayPal
por completo: no pasan por este sitio y yo nunca los veo.
Si tu banco o PayPal te cobra una comisión por cambio de moneda, esa comisión es de ellos, no mía.
Cualquier impuesto que debas pagar en tu propio país por una compra digital corre por tu cuenta.
4. Entrega
La entrega es automática e inmediata. En cuanto PayPal confirma el pago, sale un correo a la dirección
que usaste al pagar, con tus enlaces de descarga y tu licencia en PDF.
Los enlaces de descarga son válidos 7 días y permiten un número razonable de descargas.
Si tu enlace vence, o el correo nunca llega, escribe a contacto@laruny.com con tu número de
transacción de PayPal y te lo reenvío. Eso no cuesta nada y no tiene fecha límite.
Revisa primero la carpeta de spam: los correos automáticos con enlaces de descarga caen ahí más de lo
que uno quisiera.
5. Lo que no puedes hacer
Con cualquier licencia, nunca puedes:
- Revender, relicenciar, compartir o regalar los archivos como archivos — un beat, un stem, una muestra
o un MIDI por separado. Los licencias para hacer tu música, no para redistribuirlos.
- Registrar un beat o un sample pack en YouTube Content ID, una distribuidora o un agregador como si el
instrumental fuera tuyo, salvo que tengas Derechos Exclusivos y lo hayamos acordado por escrito.
- Usar los archivos de preview gratuitos (los que llevan el tag de voz) en ningún trabajo publicado
o monetizado.
- Atribuirte la autoría del instrumental. El crédito al productor ("Prod. by Laruny")
es obligatorio en el título de la canción en toda licencia no exclusiva.
Incumplir estos términos termina tu licencia de inmediato y no da derecho a devolución.
6. Promociones
Compra 2, llévate 1 gratis: cuando tu carrito tiene tres beats o más, el más barato sale
gratis. Se aplica solo y no necesita código.
Cupón de bienvenida: un descuento porcentual de un solo uso que se envía por correo al
suscribirte. Un uso por persona, no se combina con otro cupón, y puede retirarse en cualquier momento —
aunque nunca sobre un pedido ya realizado.
Los precios de oferta son temporales. Un precio que viste la semana pasada no obliga sobre una compra
que haces hoy.
7. Tu cuenta y tus datos
No hay cuenta que crear. Lo único que se guarda es lo que tú escribes: tu correo al pagar y, si usas el
editor de letras, la letra que escribas, que se guarda dentro de tu propio navegador y no se
envía a ninguna parte. Mira la Política de Privacidad.
8. Disponibilidad
Mantendré el sitio funcionando, pero no puedo prometer que nunca se caiga. El hosting, PayPal y el correo
los operan terceros. Si el sitio no está disponible cuando intentas comprar, inténtalo más tarde o escríbeme.
El catálogo cambia. Los beats vendidos en exclusiva se retiran de la tienda para siempre; los precios,
promociones y packs pueden cambiar o descontinuarse sin aviso. Nada cambia para una compra ya realizada.
9. Responsabilidad
Los archivos se entregan tal como son. Yo respondo por entregarte lo que pagaste, en buen estado, y por
arreglarlo si está mal. No respondo por lo que hagas después con ello, por ingresos que hayas obtenido o
dejado de obtener, por que una plataforma te baje la canción, ni por perjuicios indirectos.
Donde la ley no permita excluir la responsabilidad, esta se limita al monto que efectivamente pagaste
por el producto en cuestión.
10. Edad
Debes tener 18 años o más para comprar. Si eres menor, la compra la tiene que hacer tu
padre, madre o representante legal, y aceptar la licencia en tu nombre.
11. Cambios y ley aplicable
Estos términos pueden actualizarse. La versión que aplica a tu pedido es la publicada el día en que
pagaste, y la fecha al principio de esta página te dice cuándo cambió por última vez.
